Ana Rose Intro
Born and raised in Brazil, Ana moved to the U.S. at seventeen to pursue higher education, ultimately earning her Mechanical Engineering degree with honors from Georgia Tech. She began her career in engineering, project management, and technical sales across the construction and real estate sectors—building a strong foundation in how things work, how people live, and how construction projects come together.
With a nationally accredited general contractor license and interior design certification, Ana bridges the gap between design intent and on-site execution by integrating a systems-driven engineering approach to her construction projects. She is known for her ability to align design goals with construction realities, keeping quality, timelines, and budgets on track.
In 2018, Ana founded Rose Design + Build, where she led the development and construction of luxury residential custom and spec homes. In 2024, she partnered with Estrutura and Kaiser Development to launch Omnia Construction Co. As CEO of Omnia, she continues to bring technical acumen, design sensibility, and entrepreneurial insight to every aspect of the built environment.
